Good evening Susan Emo ,

I couldn't agree more! I just SOLD  a home for a wonderful couple who moved to a Senior Living Facility. They were 90 and 85 and trust me still enjoying life! They were so excited to have their home sold..they hadn't been out to the house to see the sign with the SOLD rider. They asked me to take a picture and bring to closing. I did and they were so excited to see it. Made them smile just like mine..such a great feeling!
