Inventory is going down. This is a great time for sellers to get in the market and join the competition.  While inventory is going down and prices are going up it makes for buyers to want to get out there while there are still choices and prices are not at a top level , making it more difficult to finance the one you want.

We remain in a strong sellers market and inventory tightened even further in a number of communities I service when comparing September to August. We also saw a decline in slaes volume for the same period in most of these communities.
