“So Many Referral Opportunities”
Good morning Joe,
My name is Lisa XXXXXXXXXX and you had worked with my husband Anthony XXXXXXXXXX about 2 years ago when we purchased our house in Manchester. We have decided we are interested in working with you for another home and wanted to see if you could run us together to see what we would be approved for?
I wanted to find out what you would need from us to do this as well now that we are starting to look and would like to know what we would be looking at. Also, he told me to ask for a referral for a Realtor as the one he used before now lives in Florida and the name of the home inspector you previously referred and possibly a mover.

After doing the pre-qualification for them I have also referred them to a Realtor. After the Realtor met with them, they discussed some work that should be done to the home before the property goes on the market. They let me know they needed a referral for a contractor.
