Hang in There! Your efforts are appreciated

Home Inspector with Brian Persons Front Range Home Inspections

I was inspecting an especially dirty and "deferred maintenance" type home this morning and thinking to myself, how did I get here and why am I doing this. Kind of a bummer working through and around the mess. Then my phone dinged that I got an email and this is what it said:
"I would like to say thank you to Brian ,I really liked how detailed he was in explaining us all that he seen around the home since this is our first home and didn't really know what the process was."

It was a message from the buyer I did an inspection for yesterday. I have had a lot of lower income properties lately and it is hard for some buyers to even find a place. It put what I was doing back in to perspective and made me happy that I was making a difference for people and my efforts are appreciated.

I would like to say thank you to all the Realtors and clients that have hired me over the years. I have sincerely enjoyed being of service and hope to continue providing top quality inspection services for years to come.

I hope everyone has a great day as well, and if you get to feeling like I did this morning, remember that you are likely helping someone who appreciates your efforts. Hang in there.
