Every self employed person knows...the very best boost to any marketing is to go on vacation...Business falls from the sky, comes out of the ground...bubbles up like gushing wells in an 
oil field....it works every time. You can't just think about a vacation...you have to actually go somewhere. The exact numbers of miles may vary in your area....Real estate is local you know ! Also helpful is if Sellers leave town for a remote destination with little/no cell or any other human communication channels available..very good for creating offers !
We recently discovered that another helpful marketing tool is to be invited to a Meetup. We recently received an invitation from Wayne Martin to attend the meetup in northern Illinois....we missed the summer opportunity....a flood of business....and BINGO....same stuff...different season !
It's nearing 4 dark o'thirty......and the day is well on its way to a busy start....So if busness is slower than you would like....call a member of Active Rain....it's unclear if it has to be a neighboring state...and you will find your gush of business.
I am sure our neighbors to the south had a great time....and some day....when you least expect it....we will "Meet Up"....!
