The first 9 months of 2016 were a busy time in the real estate market, with some shifts from the same period in 2015. Here we take a look at what happened with single family detached homes in the Carlsbad 92010 area from the 1st of the year through the end of September.
The 92010 area of Carlsbad in the northeast corner includes Calavera Hills, Tamarack Point, The Summit, The Foothills at Carlsbad and other areas to the west, but east of El Camino Real, with a mix of attached (condos, townhomes, twinhomes) and detached single family homes.

Homes sold for 99% of asking price on average, with 45% of the properties selling at list price or above. 14% of the homes were cash transactions.
