Our Happy Halloween AR Fall Meetup was a Great Success!
We had a great turnout for our Fall ActiveRain meetup today, held at the Lighthouse Oyster Bar and Grill at the marina/harbor in Oceanside from 11:30 – 1:30, with Rainers from San Diego and Orange Counties, including Melissa Zavala , Jill Murty, Realtor - Orange County, CA , John Meussner , Matt Brady , Bill Roberts , Thomas J. Nelson, Realtor, CRS and co-host John DL Arendsen .
As always the topics of discussion covered a wide range of personal and business stuff, including blogging, lender and transaction issues, vacations, tiny houses, drama in the real estate industry and online, Uber vs. Lyfft, and more. It’s always interesting to hear different people’s experiences and perspectives, and often good learning!

We even touched on trick or treating tonight, and who was likely getting the big crowds or would have the most candy left over to eat. And there were masks and treat bags, too.
