As we all know short sales are a nightmare. I have plenty of current short sales that I am trying to get accepted by the bank and I am wondering if there are any Short Sale Negotiator companies that anyone has been happy with....which one?

I know there are some large nationwide that do a lot of advertising, I just wondering if you have tried any of them.

I don't mind short sales as much as others do, but the waiting game is a killer. I have stressed our sellers who just want to continue on with life and they can't until someone at the bank says ok.
