Congratulations on your listing. It is really interesting to see what the market is like in other parts of the country. Curious to find out that is the tax rate and what will percent of the population in the neighborhood are renters.

The taxes on this property are $3,500 annually.  Our taxes are based on the school districts here in PA.  I am not certain of the percent of renters in this part of town, but it is definitely mixed renters and homeowners
