40 Showings at one time. Really?

Real Estate Agent with Compass Real Estate 471.005500

Yes! In my 29 years in the business I have never experienced anything like it. I received a text that an agen t wanted to show my luxury new construction listing in White Eagle Club the other day and was happy to meet the agent to show our current model that is under construction and the house that is sold and almost completed next door. Then I learned this was no ordinary showing. The agent explained she was showing 40 chinese buyers and investors at one time. She rented a bus and well, the photos will tell the rest of the story.

Time will tell what comes out of this but it was an interesting experience.

Wouldn't it be nice to have 40 sales? I've actually heard of agents doing something like this, but have never personally experienced it.

Wow, that is indeed a little different.  Rule of thumb would say, an offer should come out of it.

WOW!!!  I've NEVER heard of this before and wouldn't have believed it if I didn't see the pictures.  Craziness.  Imagine multiple offers from this showing?  Would love to see how many you get.

I have heard of something similar to that with a developer that chartered a plane to bring New York City investors to a development he was working in FL
