It's been a long time since front porches were a mainstay of homes.  Sitting in rocking chairs, swinging on the porch swing, and talking with family and neighbors.  Or maybe just enjoying a lazy day.

This front porch picture acted as Main listing photo and an Exterior photo.  Not sure which one made the sale but it only took 10 days.

Pete, porches do sell a home, and sometimes I have buyers that HAVE to have one.   Doesn't matter about the rest of the home....  Great photo.

10 days...alright! It definitely had a lot to do with the porch and the serene location of the house. Congratulations!
