I'll just come right out and say it:

"Great House" is NOT all it takes to get great price

You may think that I'm crazy for saying that...

But, as they say, numbers don't lie.

My unconventional approach to HOME SELLING quickly catapulted after launching homeZfinder.com from a blank Wordpress installation to 9k monthly visitors doing aggressive marketing for last 6 months.

(Not to mention 7,000 email subscribers and sold over 8 homes in very less period of time)

But not to brag.

I'm here to show you that there's a better way to SELL HOMES and get TOP PRICE....

...an approach that gets consistent results for a HOME to be SOLD.

Before I outline my approach, let me tell you a quick story:

Back when I launched my website, I had a client with the BEST HOME ON THE MARKET.

This client sold his house on TOP PRICE in very SHORT TIME (the one they had with other agent for over 3 months).

As you might imagine, this industry is VERY competitive. In fact, the average HOME sale takes anywhere from 3 -6 months to be SOLD in this market.

And my approach for this client was dead simple:

"Do a top-notch marketing campaign for this client on a regular basis."

And that's exactly what I did:

I published a new piece of quality highlights of his HOUSE plus convincing statement and reason for buyers to buy this particular house with facts every week...like clockwork.

So...what happened?

To put it in simple terms, BUYERS WENT CRAZY AND TRAFFIC TO HIS HOUSE WENT 50 TIMES HIGHER THAN THE PREVIOUS LISTING AGENT, NOW GETTING OFFERS OVER ASKING.

After THREE months of MARKETING on a regular basis, my client's got TOP PRICE with me bringing only the QUALIFIED BUYERS to the property.

My approach was simple WRITING THE ANSWERS OF THE QUESTION WHICH BUYER DOESN’T EVEN KNOW TO ASK WHEN BUYING A HOUSE: ( result was very simple, I got sellers and buyers both for life)

Now those ANSWERS were……….

Very detailed information about Neighbourhood by putting myself into buyers shoe’s like, if I had to buy this house. Answering simple questions like: where do kids attend SCHOOL?

How far travel for the SHOPPING? What kind of community lives in the neighborhood? How far is the LIBRARY, GYM, STADIUM, DOCTOR, LAB, etc. Most important is the neighborhood safe for kids? The list goes beyond…
