Trump Wins! Home Sellers and Buyers Beware

By
Real Estate Agent with Century 21 Paramount

The League City Real Estate market has seen home values increase significantly over the last few years.  More and more league city homes for sale are selling faster and for more money.  The questions is will this trend continue during President Elect Trumps term in office.

Now is the time to find out what your home is worth and see if you should sell and purchase while the market is prime for real estate activity.

I love your comments about my video and I hope it helps you make a great real estate decision.

Phillip the housing market has been horrible for most of the country since 2007.  The low interest rates have failed to do what they should have done.  I for one will welcome the higher interest rates.  Even though higher rates will reduce buying power, they will motivate the fence sitters to act and purchase a home in fear the rates will continue to grow.  The market needs motivation, and higher rates will motive homebuyers to act now and not later.  So while highe rates will reduce buying power, the will motivate an increase in sales.

Having said that my opinion and $2.00 might buy you a cup of coffee these days.

Phillip, we have a real estate tycoon moving into the White House, and you think he would actually let house prices tank?  Hmmm.  Who knows?  They might!
