Cheryl, we see a lot of post-settlement occupancy agreements here, and often a  buyer will include a free rent back, especially in a  multiple contract situation. 

We do not see allot of that in our market, thankfully as they can get  very complicated especially if the seer has delays in getting out.

As others have already pointed out; we rarely deal with Lease-Backs in either California or Florida, but it does happen. Great post!
