[Recording] Real Estate Teams: Uncensored!

Education & Training with ActiveRain University

Head on to ActiveRain University to watch the recording

As mentioned in the webinar, if you have want to get in touch with Fred and Kevin, ask them a question or send them a referral you can go to their website  go to their website www.group4610network.com or send an email out to realestate@group4610.com

You can also reach out to them on Facebook via facebook.com/kevinandfred or their group "Real Estate Agents Who Want Real Results"

It is estimated that there are 35,000 - 50,000 real estate teams in the US (source Tom Ferry) and 63% of real estate teams were formed in the last 3 years. This means teams are becoming more and more relevant.

This webinar is designed to teach you all you’ll need to know, regardless if you’re looking to start a team, grow your current team or join a team. We’ll start by discussing the different team models and completely expose Team Folklore, Myth & Legend.

Bob Stewart hosts Kevin Kauffman and Fred Weaver of Group 46:10. Kevin and Fred have built multiple teams since building their first team in 2008. They have consistently ranked in the Wall Street Journal and RealTrends top 1000 agents in the country (and they are engaging and they give it to you straight, with no sugar)

We’ll help you realize who to hire and when to hire them and what you should be looking for in a team.

Other topics covered include:

• Roles - What roles are on a team and how to those roles change, evolve and grow as the team and production grows.
• Services - What are you providing to your team members for their investment into your team?
• Systems - What systems do you have or need to have in place to hit your goals next year? In the next 3 years and 5 years.

This was a terrific use of time.  I'm new to a team that's in the plus-one model to use your vernacular.  They would probably suggest otherwise, but it's definitely not built around lead-gen.  I aim to influence development over time and this call helped frame in my mind what a high-functioning team should look like.  Love it.  Thanks SO much!

I also want to share that I had to exit the live call because I'm fighting a cold and the in-office coughing fit was too much for my neighbors.  Super-nice to be able to finish this out by way of the recording.  Super helpful and appreciated.
