The on-going shortage of homes for sale in Hunters Run continues to be reflected in the sales figures for the neighborhood - only 5 homes have sold, ranging in price from a low of $315,000 to a high of $438,000, with median price of $375,000 and an average price of $372,620. Market performance for those sold homes was good, with an average days to get an offer of 29 and an average days on the market of 76. The sale price/list price ratio for these 5 homes was 97.7%.
