What's the Neighborhood Like?

There are three divisions that comprise Chelan Hills. All three are completely independent of the others, however they collectively share the community waterfront amenities; Willow Park, Waterfront park and pool to the West of Chelan Shores and the 2nd Pool located in Division 2. 

Divisions 1 & 3 are closer to the waterfront parks, but Division 2 has more of  a Full Time home owner feeling. With easy walking streets, and the "okay" for golf cart driving to the nearby Chelan Municipal Golf Course The homes you would expect to find for sale in the area will vary drastically.
