When you are selling a Lake Lifestyle windows become key and many people will opt for using professional photographers. But I kept finding my buyers would be disappointed time and time again when over photoshopped listing photos once they arrived at the house. So I got a better camera and decided to study, take classes and learn to make great photos myself.
In this listing that recently sold it one of the homes where it was essential to bring outside inside with a photo. The sunroom had a perfect view of the lake and lots of glass to invite the beautiful front yard into the home.
I think the sellers did a great job with this room with the plants, the earth tones and all the windows to bring the outside inside and make you enjoy what you know your view of be each time you entered this room.
Tammy, I love that you took matters into your own hands! In our "neck-of-the-woods", it's vitally important to showcase our outsides as well as our insides...haha. (Could that be in our own lives as well??) Something as simple as the paddles on the walls above the windows are details that I appreciate and weren't lost in the photo. What's so nice is that you came prepared, and the sellers showed their best for this photo-op...not always the case!! Beautiful.
You are really good with a camera! A good professional photographer will not over photoshop or filter pictures, but they will show a true representation of the home in all of it's glory!
