Number one, our service is free. Our pay comes out of the percentage agreement with the listing agents. If we are working with you the buyer, we are going to serve you and look out for your best interest. We are going to negotiate to get you the lowest price on that home you want. Helping you find a lender, home inspector, or contractor is some of the free services we offer. The most important thing we do is look over the hud 1 form ( closing statement, with credits and debits)and make sure you are getting everything you are suppose to and not paying something you shouldn't.
