I would think things would have to get pretty bad before 'shrooms would start growing inside a building.  Then again some days I feel like one... kept in the dark and fed.... well, you get the idea. :)

Debbie, when you form the group let me know. And thanks for the plug. There has to be a long period of continued wetness for mushrooms to grow. 

Debbie - I've seen this before and when you said the smell was less than rosey - yuuuck. Is your investor buying it?

very interesting, i don't know if i could have handled the smell.  i hope i never have to find out.

Whew!  I hope I never have to experience mushrooms growing inside one of homes I'm showing to a client.  How would you handle that objection?!?

Ewwwww!   That's pretty dank and musty in there!  Lots of mold and mildew.  I suppose if you lived there you'd have to wear those breathe right nasal strips. 

How much are they asking for that piece of property?

Hi Debbie!  Given any more thought to that log home business?  I've been with the company for little over a month and I have ten inquiries already... and I haven't even tapped into the United Country people looking for log homes.  Let me know what's up!

I got 33 listings now and can't seem to get any of them under contract.   I'd rather have 16 listings that will SELL!  I'd love to have five under contract!  But between my wife and I we ain't got nadda!  Things are really slow.  I have about 1% of the entire MLS listings and you'd think I'd get an offer on something!  Been getting the calls... but... Where's the Beef?

In the meantime, I got two more inquiries on my log home business.  This is a great complement to our Untied Country franchise.  I got a log home display trailer that I can pull behind our truck, and that thing has been getting the calls!  "Oh, how cute~!  That would make a great doll house for my daughter... you could have sleep-overs in it....  - How much does it cost to build one of those?"  It's a novelty!  I'm going to use it in parades as a float!

I haven't had the opportunity to see this yet.  But, with all of the rain we have been having I sure it isn't too far away.
