Pick up in AZ buyers

WOW!  Is it just me or are the buyers finally starting to buy.  What I'm noticing is that the homes that are selling in and around the Phoenix area are homes that are lender owned.  Is this what others are noticing as well?  Now is the time for buyers to get out there and find themselves a home.

Hi Ronni,

It is not just you.  We have seen a pick-up in our 1031 exchange business since the last week in February, which we believe was the bottom of the market in terms of transaction activity.  We think there are 12 to 18 months to go before we see the bottom in the price/valuation of real property.  But, the buyers are jumping in when the properties are priced right and sellers are certainly beginning to come back to reality.
