How will the election impact Real Estate?

Now that the election is over what impact will it have locally on real estate...

“We are going to fix our inner cities and rebuild our highways, bridges, tunnels, airports, schools, hospitals,” Trump told his supporters. “We’re going to rebuild our infrastructure and we will put millions of our people to work as we rebuild it,” Trump said.

If President elect Trump carries through on this promise it could be a good indicator for real estate investors as to where to invest. The inner Cities that have been neglected or overlooked in the past may be great opportunities for investment. Every city across America has aging infrastructure that is in need of repair. This will provide needed jobs and open opportunities for real estate development.
