My heart goes out to Sellers... I am really learning first hand what it is like. I knew when I listed my home at 191 Manor Road, Huntington NY 11743 in October, that showings would be very light due to the upcoming holiday season (I used to tell this to all of my clients).
On the UP side (I always like that side of life), anyone coming out during holiday times are serious buyers who really need to make a decision.
This photo is of my basement, complete with wet bar (the jukebox is upstairs in my Living Room and in constant use). And this is just the tip of the iceberg! The Basement (see the regulation pool table to the left) is twice as big as what you see in just the main room alone.
There is what used to be my gym before grandchildren, a full walk-in pantry (supermarket), above ground oil tank room, boiler room, and a HUGE tool room combo laundry room.
AND THIS IS JUST THE BASEMENT!!!! My fiance awaits the sale and my arrival in Philadelphia and I need your assistance. I love this home and never thought I would ever leave it... but love wins out!
