Hi Todd & Devona, Do you have a good number of short sales in your area?

Here in Ventura County, we still see some short sales but they are very much in the minority of our listings.

They are much lower than a few years ago, Kathy Stoltman but still serve a purpose. Many of our distressed homeowners don't know its still an option.
