Fall has approached and today is a beautiful cool day in The OC. As snow is beginning to hit the ground in other areas, we here in the OC have averaged over 80 degrees since October.. so we get very excited on days like today. As the temperature drops around the country, many feel real estate slows down, but here in the OC that really isn't the case.
Below is quick look at how the market performed in October for The OC from the Orange County Association of Realtors.
As you will note, sales volume was up 6% from October 2015 between Single Family Homes and Attached homes. As well, pricing was up approximately 8% between the two segments. The other key metric to review is inventory levels and we continue to see low inventory levels in the county.

All indications in The OC show if sellers list today and their home is pried right, shows well, it will be sold quickly for top dollar.
