Mason County WA Homes Sales Up, Prices Up, Inventory Down
The number of homes sold and prices continue to improve over prior years. Through October of 2016, 999 homes were sold compared to 916 in 2015 and 846 in 2014.
Sale prices have also risen. Average sale prices have also increased 24% above October 2014. The average sale price for October 2016 was $214,772, $195,530 in October 2015, and $172,690 in October 2014.
The low inventory of homes on the market this year is similar to the low inventory not seen since 2006.
