As a follow up to my recent post The Artist At Work - For My Client, That Is, I thought that I would follow up with a photo of the painting framed, and hanging over my client's sofa.
To me, the painting really works in the space. It's alive, filled with drama and color and really finishes the room. Just as a great piece of jewelry can really make a statement, so can a painting add excitement to any space.

JC, this is sheer perfection, with the pop of red in the cushions and the sedate colors in the rest of the room to make that truly stand out as a "statement" piece. I actually have that same bowl out right now! (The one on the table). The movement in the rug reflects the same kind of feel as the painting. I want this room for my own!!
