On November 16, 2016, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes values increased 0.2% to an avarage price of $464,230 in October of 2016 from $463,330 in September 2016, and jumped 4.7% from price of $443,540 in October of 2015. While, homes sales declined 3.4% in October of 2016, from September of 2016, but up 0.4% from October of 2015 in Los Angeles Metro, California.
There were 3.8 months supplies of available inventory of homes in October of 2016, higher from 3.7 in September of 2016, but declined from 4.0 months in October of 2015. An average it took 43.2 days to sell a home in October 2016, gined from 42.1 days in September 2016, but fell from 50.7 days in October of 2015 in Los Angeles Metro, California.
