ReferralMaker CRM TEAMS Version Is Here!
I'm excited to share, as a follow up to my post: REFERRALMAKER CRM that Buffini & Company Launched their ReferralMaker TEAMS CRM today (Friday 11/18/16)! This powerful new upgraded addition now allows team leaders to do some amazing goal setting and tracking with their team members, while maintaining proprietary control. Please read my post on ReferralMaker CRM to understand the basics, this post will strictly deal with the upgrades.
I was privileged to be on the Beta-test Team once again for this version of RMCRM and right away I saw the power and boost it'll bring to any team that wants to track leads, productions, goals and performance among others.
The first thing you'll notice is the added Teams Icon on your CRM's menu bar at the top. Thi allows you to switch from your personal production dashboard to the team's.
The first new feature that grabs your attention right away is the Team Messagaes board. Any bold messages are unread messages and you can click into them to see who from your team messaged you.
You can also click into the menu and send individual messages to your team mebers or group message the entire team with standard email-style title and message capabilities.
Let's click the Team Icon and see what's inside (below). Here's where you can see at a glance you total team: Pipelines, Referrals Generated Year To Date, Sales Stats, Average List & Sales Price, Average Days On Market, Average Commissions Earned and Average Commission Gross YTD. These are not only amazing accountability stats, but you can set goals from here for lead generation, sales, how much your business operates by referrals, etc. You can also track your conversion rate from lead to referral to closed business.
This is also a great tool for listing presentations since it shows your sellers how short a time it takes you to go from active to pending and how close to list price you sell for.
You can also pull up each individual team members production stats for your quarterly review meetings, see who your super star is for bonuses or your "weakest link" maybe for coaching them up.
CONTROL FREAKS (wink), this is for you; remember I said you can control your teams access and functions within ReferralMaker CRM Teams? Look below, where I show you just how you do that. With a simple click, similar to Google Sheets or Drive, you can decide which functions each team member has, based on their role and maybe how new to the team they are. You can also assign their roles within the team and activate and deactivate their individual accounts.
As you see above, you can see and set Transaction Goals, Financial Goals, Marketing Customization and a Calendar to allow members to add appointments or for Team leaders to set meetings.
I can also go into to each Team Members individual pages and view their relationships (database), see their individual goals and if they are on track and assign or re-assign to another member, leads (relationships) to another member if needed. Leaders & Members can add To Do's here, create appointments and Direct message the individual from each member page.
This is an amazing ability for Team Leaders to have real time data on the "health" of their team as a whole or the individually! I'm so excited about these new abilities because it keeps the facts real; hence performance review meetings and business planning becomes more effective. This is punctuated by the Team Reports section (see below) where you have at a glance activity totals and graphs to at-a-glance the individual members performance and how they contribute to the team activity & transactions. (Currently Activity & Transactions are the two available reports; more will be added as time goes on and feedback comes in from our users). You may print these reports and set time frames.
