Hi Carra- this sounds like a subject that is on everyone's minds. I do know that medical insurance has been a hot topic which impacts all of us.  Companies having to raise rates, individuals seeing their monthly rates going up.  All of this will have an impact on what funds people have to purchase homes.

Kathy Streib  you are so right.. so we want to start talking and planning about the changes that are on the horizon.  Education is the key to reducing stress in any transition.  Knowing what to do to be calm with the change and adapt.  Thank you!

Margaret Rome, Baltimore Maryland  you always inspire me to do something else.. we should get a group of agents from California to Baltimore, Texas to Montana and have a hangout or radio show.. I think helping people think in advance is something that can help everyone as we transition in life.. Thanks and Happy Thanksgiving to you as well.
