Hi Carra- this sounds like a subject that is on everyone's minds. I do know that medical insurance has been a hot topic which impacts all of us.  Companies having to raise rates, individuals seeing their monthly rates going up.  All of this will have an impact on what funds people have to purchase homes.

Carra Riley Perfect subject and timing. If I were a little closer, I would love to be a part of this discussion. Hoping you will be recording this to share.

Wishing you a happy Thanksgiving.

Hi Carra Riley  Good luck building your transition team.

I need to get back posting too, way to busy with Real Estate this year with every sale a bidding war.

Cheers, Oh Happy US Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving Carra
