Real Estate Trends For 2017

On November 18, 2016, Realtormag.Realtor.org suggested the fallowing real estate trends for 2017.
1. Word to know: Surban is the new name for Saburban.
2. Housing preference to know the Move-Up: Many millennials are skipping the starter home to "move-up" home.
3. Demographic to know: Generation Z home buyers want to work with an agent when buying a home.
Perhaps there are many more helpful trends data avaliable for 2017.
