Thankful Day 6 . . . . Young at Heart
Life has many moments . . . . some are fleeting . . . . others will stick around us all of our life.
There are so many moments in our life to be thankful for when we slow down enough. To be in the moment to see the moment for what it is . . . . and what it offers.
I’m so thankful for the time we spend with our grandkids.
For the last three years we have had season tickets for Florida Atlantic University (FAU) football team. And our 13 grandson is part of the college football experience.
While the FAU football fortunes’ on the field have not prospered on the football field . . . . Our grandson has turned into a big FAU fan.
I’m so thankful to see our grandson’s enthusiasm and growth of knowledge of the game . . . . and he planning to go to the games again next season.
Being thankful will keep us young at heart.
