Grateful in Sandpoint Idaho - Day 8

My brother had a tough go of it a few years ago. I am very grateful for him still being here today. While I do not always appreciate his complaining, negative attitude, and a whole list of things that could be a post of their own, I am grateful to hear them because it means my brother is alive and doing well.
My brother has always been around to back me, to have my back. Speak well of me to others. So to know he is doing well and able to still laugh and enjoy a good prank brings warmth to my heart and a smile.
In rereading this, it seems short for all that he means to me. Yet how much more can be said of anyone than "they have always had by back" ? Not much.
