Friday Photo: The Definition of Well-Heeled Italian Style!

This frame and  the subject of the artwork made us both chuckle when we saw it at the Moschino store in Rome.  This is an example of thinking outside the proverbial box.  We thought it was a perfect way to illustrate the definition of well-heeled which means wealty and having plenty of money!

What do you think?

CAN YOU STATE HOW YOU ARE DIFFERENT AND BETTER THAN YOUR COMPETITION IN LESS THAN 30 SECONDS?

ABOUT:  Luxury Real Estate is a high stakes game. Commissions are substantial! We help luxury real estate professionals get to the listing table more often and win listings more frequently.  If you want to be the market leader, the personal or company brand that your target market thinks of first and refers most often, you need an Elevator Statement to accelerate the process.  We can get you there!

Your Elevator Statement is a succinct and persuasive summary of your extraordinary promise of value, your unique selling proposition.  In a time-starved world the attention span of your target market is shrinking.  To instantly convey what sets you apart from the crowd you need to be able to answer EACH ONE of these 3 questions in less than 30 seconds.: 1) What Do You Do?; 2)  How Do You Do It?, and;  3) How Are You Different?.  Can you state how you are different and better than your competition in less than 30 seconds?

Watch the video above to see and hear how we do it.

Ouch, looks like spikes at first glance. And, remembering back when I wore 4 inch heels (well, maybe 3), it did get pretty painful. Super photo.

I lost my eye for the obvious.  I was looking at the frame pendants and wondering if they were exaggerated kisses

At first glance, I thought it was chocolate chips, adorning that frame!  Someone has a very creative mind!

Very clever way to present the product!  Shop windows in Italy usually incorporate good design, which makes them worth a look -- and a photo -- whether you're in the market or not.

Hi Alexandra and Ron -- like Myrl Jeffcoat -- I thought the frame was lined with chocolate chips at first glance.  Hmm -- maybe it's that letdown of no sugar high this holiday weekend.

Endre Barath, Jr. just because I enjoyed looking at it, it does not mean I would buy it, and I love your thought on the Earthquake.  Imagine if we hung it over the bed...Talk about body piercing!

Patricia Kennedy I still do fine with them, and they are mostly reserved for biz meetings, or places where that require a semblance of elegance.  Otherwise, we have a very casual life style.  A
