I remember these condos very well as it was one of the first Warehouse District Condos that I showed in 2004. They were upscale at the time and are still that way. Many of the units have been upgraded since that time. Most of the units are 2 bedrooms.
The 21 condos are in the main building and several townhomes are on the other side of the parking garage. The townhomes face a wonderful courtyard and pool. There is a gym there also. The townhomes open to the courtyard. The ones on Carondelet are three story units with over 2000 sq. ft. of living.
The parking garage is secure and units have at least one spot a piece and several may have two spots. The parking opens on Carondelet Steet on the streetcar line.
The units are open floor plan with lots of windows and exposed brick which gives the units a luxury warehouse look and feel. The units are unique in many ways. Small complexes like this one usually do not have such great common areas.
