Steadily raising the bar of your expectations and aspirations just a little higher . . . . and a little out of our reach will cause you to stretch out of your comfort zone. As you stretch out of your comfort zone you stretch your potential . . . . As a result your potential steadily grows . . . . and will never return to its previous size.

 

Think in terms of what can be . . . . and continue to raise your bar of expectations . . . . and you will move beyond where you have been in the past.
