It's small BUSINESS Saturday....SHOP small !

  Small business is what makes America...America....Many of us ARE our own small business as Independent Contractors....and if you don't think of yourself in that light, it can be a stumbling block to your prosperous success.

    You might start at a local restaurant...the one that has the home made everything from pancakes and cinnamon rolls to that special soup and on tpresento signature dinner entrees.

     There is a gift shop that you have been meaning to shop/stop....and know that you will find something unique for a stocking stuffer,  holiday hostess gift or that special gift under the tree.

     Think about that wreath for the door...the holiday centerpiece...your local florist can offer you some mistletoe...holly and other greenery that will make your season bright.

      Today is just one day...Small business is in business EVERY day....so while clicking the keyboard may be easier ...remember you too are a small business and you know how much you appreciate the patronage and loyalty of your clients...your turn today....and every day...to give back to the communities in which you live, work and play.

Every time I have bought a bicycle for my kids I have gone to the local small shop - they know how to put them together and will help keep the bike maintained in the future.

However, I think the internet is going to overtake many retailers, large and small.  On Black Friday Target sold 10 times more on line than in their stores.

But it's hard to buy a good bike on line!
