Family Vacation Cabin

By
Services for Real Estate Pros

Over the last few years, my family and I have been designing the cabin that will hopefully be a great legacy throughout the next generations. We have debated every little design feature and detail. The floorplan has been redrawn dozens of times, the facade changed numerous times, and the landscaping plowed under until we are all satisfied with our dream cabin.

The only part that we simply cannot come to terms on is the location. That old adage of real estate:  Location, location, location!  We have drawn flowcharts and matrixes of the benefits and liabilities of each and every area that we are interested in. In our debates we have more than likely over thought the details until the point of absurdity but we still have not reached a consensus.

Do any of you have any input, whether specific or broad, that may help us?

Consensus is difficult. Maybe focus on a model the majority like and go for it.

I am finding that the ida of a small cabin aon a 50 foot lot does not cut it in todays world.
