I love the cooler weather we are enjoying this is the perfect weather for chili.  It’s warm and comforting, takes only a little bit of effort, and fills you up, fast. Chili is one of those things I used to love. Don't ask, the story isn't pretty. But I will leave it at... don't eat things you love when you are sick.  However my Donald still loves chili and I will check out the recipes for him.
