We all want to make a good impression so how do we put forth a good impression and yet also
not overdo it?
There is an old joke from Bette Middler when she says - "Enough about me. What do you think of me?"
Well apparently humblr bragging about how busy you are or how successful you are is not the answer.
I just read an article in the Texas Association of Realtor magazine which says "researchers at Harvard
Businesss School and other educational institutuions found that it's a poor self promotion." That was their take on humble bragging.
The article's conclusion was your best bet is being yourself and being authentic with your clients, consumers, customers and colleagues is your best bet. And I couldn't agree with them more. But I realize this is not always an easy task.
