What do We do with the Leftovers?

Real Estate Agent with Broker, Friends & Neighbors Real Estate and Elkhart County Subdivisions, LLC RB14037276

What do We do with the Leftovers?

The Holiday is over and everyone has gone home and the table is again empy.  You did your best to fill the bags of food for your guests with Ham Turkey, Dressing and whatever else you could get rid of, but there is still plenty of food leftover from the Holiday dinner.  What do you do with it?

Here's what we do!

We have sectioned containers, (Ours is Rubbermaid®).  There are a number of manufaturers that make them.  Put some of each of the leftovers in each section and you have an instant meal. Just put them in the freezer for one of those Winter evenings when you just want a quick meal.

Just a minute or so in the microwave,

makes all those extra leftovers worth while.

Very clever, Larry. Of course, as I don't cook Thanksgiving dinner, I never have to deal with the problem of leftovers!

This is a good idea. I always try and give a lot away but still always end up with too much.

My wife and I eat small portions and don't have kids so it's not a problem for us. What normally happens is we get invited to a post Thanksgiving eatathon with friends.
