There are six homes currently on Active Status, and another four that are pending.
My favorite, and the one I think is the best value, is a beautifully renovated stone home on 17th Street. It is currently listed by TTR-Sotheby's for $1,497,000. The others are priced from a low of $775,000 for a fixer upper on Blagden Terrace to a high of $2,250,000 for a 7-bedroom center hall colonial on Colorado Avenue.
