Mark, consistently has so many great posts and most importantly is terrific about sharing it to us Rainers and beyond. This article has new & exciting information for all the readers to take advantage from. I, myself will be anxious to learn from it! So many times I write blogs and really don't think that it gets the impact that it should. So I love to see re-blogs of popular posts. Thanks again for sharing.

How many 'Little' things are we overlooking for our clients?

This past weekend I stopped in a local General Store in Garfield Bay Idaho.  It was early morning with no one but me shopping.  I made a purchase to serve as my breakfast and headed outside.  While enjoying one of the two picnic tables water side, I realized they were not something that needed to be made available by the general store.  I would have made the purchase either way.

While seemingly small, and what many would not think twice about, I knew this little 'perk' would draw my business again, whether using the tables or not.  It also made me ask what little things I was not doing that would make a big difference to clients. vendors, and prospects alike.

I am sure with very little thought we all can think of something we are not doing that would take little effort to do consistently, and also make a big impact.

It's important to be able to adapt and quiet the mind and just learn things and have fun and creativity flow.
