Need a Realtor for an Emergency Sacramento Listing?

I call them emergency listings. I don't know what other agents call them or how they refer to the people who did not need an agent yesterday, no thank you, sir, but desperately require a Realtor's services today, this very minute. The last listing I took like this was a probate trust sale, and the trustee was in Sacramento for only a few hours, cleaning out the house.

You'd be amazed at how quickly I could go from sitting in front of my computer in a robe and slippers to heels and makeup, signing the paperwork on a desk the movers were shoving down the driveway. Hi Elizabeth Weintraub Sacramento Real Estate Agent, Top 1% of Lyon Agents you certainly know how to do this better than anyone.... and those who need a listing agent for an "emergency listing" or a traditional listing, would be wise to call Elizabeth Weintraub for guidance.... whether she's in slippers or heels, she'll get the job done....and that's the bottom line!!

Barbara Todaro Thanks for that vote of confidence! I almost had another emergency visit but when I mentioned to the seller, who doesn't want to list until April, mind you, that I'm leaving for Hawaii (where I will still be selling real estate in Sacramento) and would send a team member to inspect his home, he immediately toned down the emergency.

Some emergencies are not emergencies, I guess.

There really aren't any emergencies when it comes to real estate.  Most emergencies are better handled when you take some time to analyze it.

Larry Johnston These emergency listings don't seem to have a lot in common with each other, so it's hard to predict when they will happen. They could be an $80,000 condo or an $800,000 home.

Endre Barath, Jr. You would think most people spend a lot of time analyzing, but they don't seem to understand that it takes time for a Realtor to analyze their situation and to quickly act. It's not like we can waive a magic wand and turn their home into an automatic listing, yet we manage to do it.

Michael Jacobs I find it helps to have a team when a seller needs a jumping bean. The first place I look is at myself. If my schedule is too packed, I have 3 others I can rely upon, and that's a huge relief at times.
