1 Begin NOW! Critically important to be proactively putting in four to six hours a day until January.
2 Have a couple of your favorite self help books in each of your cars, in your office, in the living room so when you have a few spare minutes you can pick one up and inspire yourself.
3 Find three things to do that are new or different from what you are accustom to. Example if you do not like or do open houses, create the new mindset, realize with the right amount of expectations you can pick up a minimum of two leads a week from open houses, when you know what to say. That that alone is ONE HALF of what you need in LEADS FOR THE MONTH!
4 Improve or if you are not doing it create a list of 150 to 200 people who know you, trust you and like you and begin calling them every 30 days with a: thank you, offer, and ask!
5 Find new people with positive attitudes to associate with.
6 Remove all negative people from your life. Just move on to a new way, a new beginning.
7 Begin an EDDM campaign of 500, 1000, or 5000 homes. Use the same post card every two weeks.
8 Go through your church directory, club directory, people you went to school with or used to be friends with who lost track of, and pull out 22 to 87 people mailing two thank you notes daily and adding their telephone number to your list of people who know you, trust you and like you to call with the: thank you, offer and ask every 30 days.
9 Pick out 20 of your favorite people, and order a NOW CLOCK as a gift for them. It is a $20. gift they will look at daily and think of you. IMAGINE 365 to 1,453 times in the next year those people will THINK OF YOU!
10 Write some positive affirmations daily.
11 Create your expectation list on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis. Review it often.
12 Create a cool list about your self... write down the things that are cool about YOU.
