Real Estate Main Listing Photo - Arizona Style!


The Phoenix Lifestyle is such that I often times will use a pool/backyard shot for the main marketing photo instead of the front of a home.  Why? Because we Phoenicians spend A LOT of time in our backyards, patios and pools! With the great weather that we enjoy for most of the year, home buyers want to get a feel for the outdoor lifestyle before they take the time to look at a home. I played with a lot of angles on the pool shot and chose this one because it showed off the wonderful pool (of course) as well as the covered patio, green grassy area for  a kids play area and the lovely huge trees which added privacy to the yard. All features were  huge selling points for this home.


And sometimes a backyard shot like the one above, is better than the other inside home shots because the home is vacant and there isn't much you can do to make empty rooms look fantastic online.   And of course that's my goal -  to make the listing POP online and bring in the buyers.


This particular home sold within 4 days with multiple offers.  I'm pretty sure we made the right decision on shots, don't you!!

Anna- well done and I agree.  You have to catch your buyer with what's most appealing, and that so often is the pool area.

That is certainly a highly inviting backyard, Anna Banana Kruchten . I am always amazed when I see pools in the open and not screened in like we have in Florida...skeeters!
