We used this photo for a listing and although it was the back of the house, the front did no justice to how big the house was and what a wonderful deck and sunroom existed behind. So we ended up using this as the main photo. Below is the front, I cannot tell you at Open Houses how surprised people were who came in and experienced the size of the house, a little like the Tardis in Dr Who.

That was everyone's reaction once they came in. I saw people stop and drive away at open houses, I used to run out and wave at them to come in.
I had a very similar type of listing and made sure to include a lot of photos of the yard as that was going to sell the listing

That is a terrific photo that really shows off the true size of this home. You would never guess from the front view that this is the same house. THAT is what would sell this house I think.
