Sometimes Animals do belong in Listing Photos

Our friend in AZ has a series where she points out animals that were captured in listing photos, where they are more a distraction than an attribute, but in our niche animals are a selling point.

My friend William Feela and I both deal with hunting and recreation land where a photo of deer and other wildlife help to catch the eye and illustrate how productive the land can be.

Btw, this is an entry in Dick Greenberg ’s photo contest in the Real Estate/ Oudoor features category.

Good morning Bob.  Great photos and I agree sometimes they belong in a listing when it fits.

Nothing wrong with a little wildlife in your picture, as Chevy Chase said in Funny Farm, "CUE THE DEER!"

Bob Crane I agree 100%, sometimes animals do belong in listing photos - especially when they are as sweet as these are!

Right on this point, Bob Crane. The doe was moving fast in this photo, but the fawn is instintively keeping still. Love these!

I like to include wild life photos when they can be photographed easily for a listing - they are part of the attraction of living there.

Hi Bob - I agree, and we will use wildlife photos when they have been taken at a listing - they're a great feature here. Thanks for another contest entry!

Those animals definately belong in raw land photos. Hopefully someone doesn't buy it to kill them!

Yes, Bob.  When it comes to land sales, the wildlife can be a big inducement.

Yes, at times animals can help to sell the property.  But I think it also depends on which animals are in the pictures.  Not sure I would like to see a skunk or a snake or a bunch of rats.
