Although I'm not a property manager, I do rent out the units I own every so often. This week in particular has been pretty eye opening for me. There must be something up with the market here in Raleigh or perhaps I've stumbled upon a unique opportunity in the rental market. You know that condo unit I have for rent? Everyone that has come out to see it wants to rent it.
I know, I know, it's a remodeled unit so I should expect an extra level of competition for it. But I've shown it to 3 sets of applicants and gotten 3 applications. I have 3 more showings this weekend and more next week. Is anyone else out there running into the same overwhelming response for their rental units?
