Light Up Brookhaven 2016 will take place on December 8, 2016 from 6-8pm at Blackburn Park, 3493 Ashford Dunwoody Road, in Brookhaven. This FREE event features special musical performances, visits with Santa (parents welcome to take pics), holiday crafts, Toys for Tots collection box, hot chocolate sale, refreshments and Christmas tree and Hanukah display lighting.
Don’t miss out on the Light Up Brookhaven 2016 Holiday Wreath Contest. Participants are to acquire wreath and all supplies on their own and drop off completed wreathes at the Briarwood Community Center between December 1st and 3rd. Contest is free and open to all citizens.
Contest winners will be notified by staff to attend Light Up Brookhaven 2016 ceremony. Award presentation will take place at the tree lighting on December 8th. The winning wreath will be displayed at City Hall.
